Introduction to JELQING

by Big Mick on April 11, 2009

Jelqing – Or “milking the penis” – used for gaining length and width.

What does Jelqing do, and why should I do it?

Jelqing is considered to be the best way to enlarge your penis… It is simply the most powerful technique you will find and when accompanied by related techniques such as the stretching and warming up exercises, it becomes the most influential weapon in your enlargement arsenal.

Basically Jelqing forces the blood through the penis and over the course of several months, will help to make your penis bigger by expanding the spaces that fill with blood. When these spaces are improved you can hold more blood and therefore your penis will be larger. And here is the best part, when performed properly these techniques are completely safe and the results will last forever… Yes, you heard that right! The results are permanent!

Some guides repeat themselves over and over trying to add a new slant on the milking theme. The fact of the matter is, there are two types of milking that are successful – variations on these techniques are fine – but our discussion will be based upon the main ones that give results.

Before you start the first and most popular version of milking (wet), it is extremely important to get a good quality lubricant.

After I read the info about ( jelquing exercises), a natural way to enlarge the penis. I have started to do it with the above instruction.

I have been doing the exercise for at least 3 months. and you know what? no changes. I am doing the exercise as is, but I see no change.
If from the study, it mentionned that 89% of men have found significant changes, How come, some would not see any changes?

Any other suggestions? I would greatly appreciate.

And by the way, I like the quality of all information I receive from the web site. Very interesting.

Thank you!

AJ.

If the jelqing is done correctly you should see some improvements. A lot of factors can contribute to the effectiveness of the jelq. How many repetitions are you doing per session? How many times a week do you exercise? How strong is your grip?

Also, other factors like stress, diet and fatigue can render the jelq ineffective.
