Bent penis exercises

If your penis has very slight curvature then this is probably quite normal and most men have this when erect.

100% correction is not always possible, but if the curve is only slight then it should go straight over time. This exercises is NOT recommended for people who have Peyronies disease.

This exercise works by slowly encouraging your penis to bend the other way. This will take time, so obviously, do not bend the penis so hard that you damage or hurt yourself.

Curvature exercise #1

This technique is a variation of wet milking:

1. Get a 60% – 70% erection.

2. Lubricate yourself with a high quality lubricant.

3. Make an ‘ok’ grip with one hand around the base of the penis. A nice firm grip is good here but not too tight.

4. Make the usual stroke up the shaft, stopping just before the head (glans). But as you are doing this exercise, curve the strokes of your hand against the way your penis bends. So if you penis bends to the right, make your strokes curve the other way – to the left.

5. Repeat 40 times the first few times you do the exercise. Working up to 100 strokes after a couple of weeks.

Curvature exercise #2

You can do this exercise every time you milk without restrictions so for example, you might do 500 wet milk strokes now and instead of the wet milking, you would do this kind instead.

How to do it: Milk just as you would for the wet milking exercise only instead of milking against the bend on every stroke as in the exercise above, you simply wet milk as usual, and on every 10 strokes, you do 1 stroke against the bend.

Don’t overdo it. Don’t hurt yourself. Curvature is not cured over night but this technique has helped lots of men correct cosmetic curvature!

The Sizegenetics extender can do the job for you and, at the same time, enlarging your penis. Best part is you’re in control of the whole process without wasting valuable time time.
