The fast rising star of pop, Lady Gaga, doesn’t hold anything back! When interviewed recently in Australia, she was asked what she likes most in men. Rather than spew the usual crap about romance, a sense of humour, and so on, Lady Gaga said exactly what was on her mind.
An 8-minutes per day workout IS possible, and mostly it will show gains faster than the 1-hour workouts you may be used to with other guides.
The key here is time saving!
By combining certain exercises/techniques, we are able to compact your workout without altering its growth properties.
At first, when you attempt these speed combinations you will probably take longer to do them than stated – don’t worry about it! With more practise you will make it more streamlined and much faster!
Speed combination 1: PC and Warm-up
The first combination that helps you to fly through your workout is to combine the warm up with a massage for deep heat penetration and blood flow increase. We also do the PC contractions too!
Always start your speed workouts with combination 1
Here’s how to do it: (2 minutes)
Get the hot wrap ready (read about this in the warm up section), nice and hot but not too hot so that it burns!
1. Place the hot wrap around your flaccid or slightly erect penis and testicles.
2. Hold the hot wrap onto your penis with a firm grip so that the heat is close and highly penetrating.
3. Do 60 PC contractions – 1 second per rep, which will take you the two minutes.
4. While doing the PC Contractions massage your penis by gently making your grip a little firmer after each contraction and then loosening it back up for the next contraction (you will be squeezing slightly, in a pulsing motion).
Speed combination 2: Dry Milk, PC and Toilet duties
This one is more of a little extra thing to do and it really isn’t essential, but it allows you to get a little more workout into your already hectic day if you feel you need a little more.
When you go to the toilet try this:
1. Quickly massage your penis by ‘kneading it’ in your hand for a few seconds (This acts to get the blood flowing and is a very mild way of warming up and getting your penis ‘ready’).
2. Hold your semi-erect (20%-40% erect) penis at the base with an ‘ok’ grip. Now, squeeze the base of your penis firmly and pull outwards slowly to about the middle of your shaft. Repeat this 5 times.
3. Now grip with an ‘ok’ grip at the middle of the shaft and pull outwards nice and slowly, stopping just before the head. Repeat 5 times.
4. Now do what you came to do and urinate but instead of just letting it flow from start to finish, stop mid-flow. Hold your PC muscle for a long squeeze of around 5 seconds, and then start flowing again. Do this between 3 and 10 times while urinating.
Please note: Step 4 of this exercise can be done every time you go to the toilet and in fact, we recommend it! It will strengthen your PC muscle faster than direct targeted exercises alone.
Speed combination 3: Milking and PC exercises
The speed combination 1 is very good, but doesn’t allow enough time to really have a good PC workout. Combination 3 will finish off your PC workout and do your milking exercises. It will actually help to make your milking even more effective by combining these two.
While milking, simply contract your PC muscle before each stroke, which will pump in a little blood and make the stroke more effective – while enabling you to do your milking exercises.
Other speed combinations
As you can probably imagine, there are infinite variations of this kind of technique. The good thing is that they speed up your workout while keeping it just as effective, which means that you will probably miss less workouts and give you more free time.
You don’t need to workout for hours to get your gains!
As the old saying goes “work smart, not hard!”
