Hello Al, thanks for accepting the interview. Tell us a bit about yourself.

Big Al: Hello. I’ve been involved in the field of fitness, kinesiology, and nutrition for 22 years as of this date. I’m currently married, have two children, and enjoy family-oriented activities as well as fishing, reading, and helping people achieve their goals.

Q: When did you first get involved with male enhancement and how?

Big Al: I had originally written a course on steroid-free weight training, and while researching the media I kept coming across ads for enlargement surgeries and pumps. I thought to myself that there has to be a “natural” way of adding penis size, and that a PE exercise/sexual improvement regimen would be a great addition to the weight training course. Average penis size measuring In a study conducted and made public by BMC Women’s Health, it was concluded that women found width not length as the most imperative aspect of the penis in regards to sexual stimulation.

Digital Journal informs that  study by German scientists showed that 10 minutes a day of ogling women’s breasts by men was as good at warding off heart disease, high blood pressure and stress as 30 minutes of aerobic exercise.
